Returns and Exchanges

If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return or exchange within 30 days of delivery.

To start a return or exchange, please email us at care@dargrana.com and include your order number. All returns and exchanges must be authorized via email before items are shipped back.

Return Shipping Costs

Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping. We strongly recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee receipt of returned items.
Original shipping costs are non-refundable.

If a return is due to an error on our part or a defective item, please contact us and we will assist you accordingly.

Items Not Eligible for Return or Exchange

The following items are not eligible for return or exchange:

  • Jewelry that is not in new, unworn, and resellable condition

  • Earrings or other hygiene-sensitive items, for health and safety reasons

  • Silk scarves that have been worn or washed

  • Custom-made or personalized pieces

 

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of approval or rejection.

If approved, refunds are processed within 5–7 business days and issued to the original payment method. Depending on your bank or payment provider, it may take an additional 3–7 business days for the refund to appear in your account.


Frequently Asked Questions

I haven’t received my refund. What should I do?
If you’ve received a refund confirmation email and the funds have not appeared yet, please allow additional processing time and contact your bank or payment provider for updates.

Can I exchange my item for a different product?
Exchanges are only available for the same item in a different size or color. If you wish to purchase a different product, please return your item for a refund and place a new order.

I received a gift and want to exchange it. What should I do?
No problem — contact us at care@dargrana.com and our support team will assist you.
